damage control.

i’ve eaten bad carbs for 3 whole days straight, last week!!!
that’s like FATAL suicide when it comes to my health regime plans…
and no, i have never indulge in more carbs like these…
CARB days are usually reserved strictly on weekends.

the bad thing about having too much bad carbs for the whole 3 days straight is that,
after you stop eating them, you will feel a certain ‘hunger’ that sends straight to your brain that tells you, that you need carbs!!!

i hate that feeling!!! that is why, i tried to limit my carbs intake and only take good carbs so that i won’t have those hunger ‘pangs’…
that’s it!!!
good healthy food this coming days.
must stay from those BAD CARBS!!!

so thanks to HARI RAYA visiting with my friends. almost every house, we indulged in bad carbs after bad carbs!!! wahahahahahhahahaha

one of my abang drivers from my station, abang rosman invited us to his open house. there were like so many GOOD, but of course, sinful food!!! spaggetti, ketupat and lontong, rendang and all the sauces and other dishes. it was so good!!! i was carbs hungry for almost a week!!! so it was like, MY GOODNESS, the carbs hungry pangs was so overwhelming!

hari raya visiting with my siolz friends. oh my goodness!!! the CARBS just keep coming in!!! i had mee goreng, mee hoon goreng, and all those fried food… and we even have a delicacy when we visited sharifah’s house.

i had a date with the red slurping ape!!! wahahahahha… it was none other than my emo buddy, keng/siong. we had dinner after we ended our day shift, since i was covering his team on that day.

well, we had to order fried stuffs and of course mee kway teow, oily, fried and lots of bad carbs…
AND, not forgetting this MANGO dessert KING thing… SO SWEET with lots of SUGAR!!!
so yes. technically speaking, i am heavy on carbs and now i’m having the hungry pangs…
damn!!!

and of course, the weighing scale shows that i am a good 2 kilos heavier…
so, more GYM,
more EVENING runs,
and stay away from bad CARBS!!!!…
