someone’s gotta work…

so today, tonight, after having my ass flown to many places of interest, i will be back running inside the am.bulance all over again!!! yahoo!!! NOT!!!

anyway, a few weeks (300607), before i had my ass to paradise BALI, it was a meet up between the old rascals and the new… it was the first time my sidekick, rishi, got to meet the infamous arif.in… and it was a gathering to remember….

it was dinner, and lots of catching up to do…

the new, meeting the old… the old, reminiscence about the past… it was fun… we had our laughs, and telling all the stuffs that the old rascals did, that was way too classic, not to tell…

and of course, seeing again my x sidekick, teo… and these guy has already have a job… and i think he will do fine…

and yes, dinner was fine… and though the group was huge, we did have quality time together…

i’m back having my fat ass in the gym…
it was really nerve racking to find out that my ‘pre morbid healthy lifestyle’ weight,
is now 2 kilos heavier!!!!

damn shit!!! no wonder i feel my face all bloated up!!!
more cardio for me!!! and i swear, NO MORE snacks and eating junk food!!!
til my ‘pre morbid healthy lifestyle’ weight is back on track!!!
