those who played board games

zuo.yi, herman and i had ended our short lecture,
on some medical protocols, which needed our immediate attention this morning.
sure beats the stupid seminar that we were forced to go yesterday!
at least today’s lecture had benefited us in a whole lot of areas.
compare to yesterday talk,
it was a whole lot of crap!

waste our time to attend that stupid seminar anyway!
what the hell!
and i really hate it when they threatened us via email with the enforcement of
attendance is compulsory! those without valid reasons will be punished!

punished my foot lah!!!
anyhow used such threatened remarks!
na bei!

anyway, after our medical lecture,
herman, zuo.yi and i made our way to cineleisure and ended renting a DVD,
and caught Harry Porter and the Prizoner of Azhakaban.
it was really a great time, to just slack and ate the cookies and brownies that we bought!
you guys should check it out.
its situated at level 9, and renting a room with DVD facilities cost you around $18.00!!!

yazid came over shortly,
and after watching the movie,
we decided to head off to ‘the mind cafe’,

which is allocated at selegie road.

i think, fad had done a review on the place.
i think its really a cool place,
despite the noise level which was practically a bit on the loud side.
since everyone seemed to be enjoying each other’s company.

the ambiance was alright.
they have over 100 different board games!
but i have to say,
their serving of the snacks were kinda disappointing.
too little lah!

we had asked for assistant when we decided to play this game,
some business, scheming, technique.
the person who served us,
was really helpful and very detailed in explaining the structure and how the game was played.
i didn’t quite catch how the game was played.
so i was not enjoying myself, during the first round of the game.

but subsequently, i felt loss as well.
there were so many scheming and techniques and underhand method of playing the game.
so many plots just to catch a good deal!!!
why can’t games be stressful free?!
no brains required.

like jenga!
i totally enjoyed jenga!
maybe i’m a himbo! wahahahhahaha.
but it sure was more fun,
then having to think about dealing with figures and sums,
and wanting to get the best deal in the end!

wahahahahhaha.
i am so not cut out to be a businessman!
i can’t con them for nuts!
and i can’t grab the best deal!!!

after a round of different board games,
we ended at thai express to complete our meal of the evening.

dinner was really filling!
we had thai curry chicken, thai fish tom yam soup,
thai kang kong, and thai curry soft shell crap!
i think, the way they cooked their dishes used thai method.
it taste a bit weird, but it was alright, i guessed.
