okay, i ran today!
15 minutes of fast running!!!
exhausted sia.
i wanted to do a 30 minutes…
but i cannot take it!
i was doing circuit training.
and it took me like 4 minutes to complete the full circuit.

and i tried to maintain the 4 minutes,
but it was like, so difficult!
wahahahahahahha.
wanted to do at least 30 minutes of it,
but i was just too shaggard!
so, 15 minutes is all that i can afford today!
hehehehehehe.

anyway, i’m here to show you my little nephew!

he was like, fidgeting every 20 frames!
wahahahaha. so difficult to get a good shot of him!
my fingers had to be on a standby mode, so that i could capture good pictures of him!
i didn’t dare to use flash cos there was once,
he cried like crazy when someone took his picture using flash!

the only time i could take a good shot was when he was having his milk.
or what he would say to his mom, “mik mik”
so when he wanted his milk, he will call his mommy,
” umi, mik mik…. “

at the age of 2 years old, he has already form his own vocabs and words.
people teach him to say different things,
he will say out the other!
wahahahaha.
very funny lah this boy.

i enjoyed watching him, when he was talking to the fish inside the bowl at my house.
he will form a sentence on his own,
and he would make out his own words.
and it would leave him delighted for no reasons.
wahahahahahaha….
